Refunds and Return Policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for all full priced merchandise. All discounted sales are final sale. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order.

HOW TO RETURN – U.S.

If you would like return your order for a refund please email us at
hello@raphaellesoa.com. Please include your order number, style(s), color(s) and size(s) and reason for return.  We will then email you a pre-paid USPS shipping label.

Please ship back your order with the USPS label and let us know that your return is on its way with your tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment – less all applicable taxes/duties and shipping fees.

HOW TO RETURN - INTERNATIONAL

If you would like return your order for a refund please email us at hello@raphaellesoa.com. Please include your order number, style(s), color(s) and size(s) and reason for return.

We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders and the cost of shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Please email us at hello@raphaellesoa.com and we will provide you with a return address. Once you’ve shipped your return, please let us know that your return is on its way with your tracking number.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment . Tax and customs duties will not be refunded. The cost of initial shipping via DHL express will not be refunded.  Please note, credit card transaction fees cannot be refunded. 

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND

Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note, sales tax will be refunded only on U.S. orders. Credit card transaction fees cannot be refunded for U.S. or International purchases. All original shipping fees will not be refunded. All customs duties and international taxes will not be refunded.
